Manufacturers provide warranty on their goods for One year. After that time period is expired, you're vulnerable to shelling out thousands of rupees in case your gadget | device breaks down and requires a repair or replacement. With a MRP's Extend Your Warranty Pack, you are able to extend the length of warranty to 1 [one] extra year, thus protect yourself from spending thousands of rupees in case your gadget | device breaks down.

Salient Features of warranty pack

  • 1. You can extend the term of your coverage for up to additional 1 (one) year.
  • 2. Your product is covered for mechanical and electrical failures of devices that occur during normal use. Your product is covered for mechanical and electrical failure, normal wear and tear and environmental factors such as heat, dust, and humidity are not covered.
  • 3. You are entitled to unlimited repairs during the WB Extended Warranty period. Every time your product fails, contact us and we will repair it or replace it with an equivalent product at our sole discretion, which will be non debatable.
  • 4. Your mobile phones are repaired at a MRP authorized service centre near you.
  • 5. Your mobile phone is repaired EVERYTIME it is damaged – at virtually NO COST to you! If it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.
  • 6. Repair and replacement are quick and convenient. You can take your mobile phone to one of our authorized repair centers near you or ship it to us for rapid repair.

Extend Your Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions:
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms would have the prescribed meanings:

  • 1. MRP : MRP authorized service center
  • 2. ExtendYourWarrant.in: It is a brand name of MRP in short it is referred as MRPEYW.
  • 3. Customer: An end-user (a person, firm, company or the legal entity) which purchases the Product(s) from MRP Services Private Limited or its Authorised Distributors / Authorised Dealers Authorised Resellers MRPEYW extended warranty for the Product(s) is only against any defects in Mobile Phone that occur during normal use. MRPEYW extended warranty will not cover against any accidental damage, loss, acts of god, or misuse /abuse of the Product(s) or any other event not attributable to the manufacturer's material or workmanship or manufacture of the product.

2. Warranty Period:
This MRPEYW Extended Warranty Pack is valid for 2 (two) year and coverage will begin from the next day after the end of the original Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty and be valid for 2 (two) year from that date. This MRPEYW Extended Warranty can be purchased only within first 90 (ninety) days of the original Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty period for all brand’s mobile phones, mentioned in the MRPEYW website.

Manufacturer Warranty validation / Warranty period confirmation would be done through Manufacturer Warranty Card of and Customer’s purchase Invoice date of Mobile Phone. If a Customer transfers the ownership of product(s) to another end user, the remainder of the warranty period may also transfer to the new owner. Customer shall be required to provide proof of purchase including Warranty Card of the Product(s), as a pre-condition for availing the MRPEYW extended warranty of the Product(s).

3. Warranty Type:
MRPEYW Extended Warranty shall always be Carry in Warranty.
Carry-in Warranty: Carry-in Warranty service requires that the product(s) be brought to the MRP (MRP authorized service centers). The Customer needs to carry the product(s) to the nearest MRP at its own cost. For further details contact MRP’s Helpline Number 8888122166.

4. What is covered?
  • 1. MRPEYW Extended Warranty is exclusive and is not a part/extended warranty provided by the manufacturer. This MRPEYW Extended Warranty covers only mechanical and electrical failures of Mobile Phone that occur during normal use and does not cover its accessories like casing, cover, strap, SIM/UIM Card, memory card, data cable, attachments, batteries, chargers, hands free and full housing and its original OEM and third party applications etc.
  • 2. Within MRPEYW Extended Warranty period, WASC will repair or replace any defective part(s) of the Product(s), if required, to rectify the problem in the Product(s). MRP reserves the right to use re-engineered part(s) with performance parameter equivalent to the similar new part(s), for performing the MRPEYW Extended Warranty services.
  • 3. The replaced part(s) shall become the property of MRP.
  • 4. In the event of repairs or replacement of any part(s), during the MRPEYW Extended Warranty period, the MRPEYW Extended Warranty of the Product shall thereafter continue only for the unexpired period of original MRPEYW Extended Warranty.


5. What are not covered?
  • 1. Accessories like battery, charger, hands free, memory card, SIM/UIM card, data cable etc.
  • 2. Any loss due to attempting Software upgrade or installation of third party applications or Data Transfer or Virus etc.
  • 3. Any loss occurred to Mobile Phone due to negligence, ignorance and non-compliance by customer.
  • 4. Any physical damage, like scratches, cracks, fractures, spillage, corrosion, burn, oxidation and breakage of Housing, LCD panel and Digitiser.
  • 5. Any accidental or intentional damage due to Water, any liquid, drop, abuse and misuse.
  • 6. Any loss due to act of God, Fire, Flood, War, Earthquake, Act of Violence, Stolen, lost, or any other similar occurrences.
  • 7. It does not cover, if Model Number or Serial Number or IMEI/ESN number sticker of the Mobile Phone is removed, altered, damaged, defaced, smudged or erased unless valid proof of manufacturer is furnished denoting such changes.
  • 8. If the model No. or serial no. or IMEI/ESN no. sticker of product is not matching with our collected data which were captured during registration or stored information in the Mobile Phone Device then warranty will be null and void.
  • 9. Any attempt to open Mobile Phone or repair by unauthorised service centre or repair by unauthorised service personnel.
  • 10. Any loss due to virus, short circuit, explosion of battery, non compatible accessory used by customer.
  • 11. Service support to other country except India.
  • 12. Defect is the result of physical breakage, electric connection or electrical faults external to the product(s).
  • 13. If the product during its warranty period from the manufacture, is declared dead / non repairable by the Manufacturer.


6. Limitation Of Liability:
MRP makes no other express Extended Warranty either in writing or otherwise and expressly disclaims all Extended Warranties and conditions not stated in this Extended Warranty. MRP does not warrant that the operation of the product(s) will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by the Indian laws, MRP disclaims all implied Extended Warranties or conditions, including any implied Extended Warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
MRP's maximum liability under this Extended Warranty is limited to the price of the same aged product(s) or the cost of repair or replacement charges, at the sole discretion of MRP.

Except as indicated above, in no event will MRP be liable for

  • 1. Indirect damage caused due to improper functioning of the product, including but not limited to lost profits or savings, business interruption, loss of data, lost revenue, loss of use, or any other commercial or economic loss of any kind, or special, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • 2. Incidental damages due to malfunction of the product such as loss of revenue or loss of profit etc.
  • 3. Any service request made by a third party or made by customer on behalf of a third party.
  • 4. Any damage that occurs as a result of customer's failure to follow the directions in the User manual.

    This limitation of liability applies in all circumstances i.e. when damages are sought, a service request made under this Extended Warranty or as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim / service request, or any other claim / service request. This limitation of liability cannot be waived or modified by any person. This limitation of liability will be effective even if Customer has advised MRP / their representatives of the possibility of any such damages or even if such possibility were reasonably foreseeable.


7. Your Responsibilities:
To receive service or support of Warranty Extension Pack, you agree to comply with the following:

  • 1. Provide your Pack’s PIN / Agreement / Contract Number and a copy of your Pack’s original proof of purchase and original Mobile Phones proof of purchase as and when required.
  • 2. Provide information about the symptoms and causes of the issues with the Covered Equipment.
  • 3. Respond to requests for information, including but not limited to the Covered Equipment serial number, IMEI/ESN, model, version of the operating system and software installed, any peripherals devices connected or installed on the Covered Equipment, any error messages displayed, actions taken before the Covered Equipment experienced the issue and steps taken to resolve the issue.
  • 4. Follow instructions MRP gives you, not to provide SIM/UIM card, Charger, memory card, case, battery, hands free, etc. which are not covered under the warranty. If you give any/few/all of the items mentioned above then it will be in your own responsibility not MRP.


8. Registration:
After purchasing Extended Warranty Pack it must be registered Our MRP NETWORK.

9. Service Provider:
All repairs are made by Authorised Service Centres referred by MRP referred as (WSC).

10. Getting Service:
To get service, visit our Call us at Helpline Number 8888122166 If there are no Authorised Service Center available at the city / location, then the product will have to be shipped to us at our Central Repair Hub / Zonal Repair Hub at the user’s cost and the same will be returned after service to the user at the address provided on to-pay basis. For the nearest location details of same the user will have to contact us at the above mentioned Email Address and / or phone number.

11. Services offered:
Repair and maintenance of covered Mobile Phone as described above in point no.2 till Extended Warranty expires. As described above in point no.5 and 6, Limitations are applicable on covered Mobile Phone under Extended Warranty Period.

12. Cancellation or Return:
Extended Warranty Pack cannot be cancelled or returned after purchase and it is non refundable.

13. Transfer of Plan:
Extended Warranty Pack can be transferred to new owner, provided you transfer your plan to new owner by sending an email to mobilerepairpune@gmail.com and hand over all original purchase documents of Extended Warranty Pack and Mobile Phone to new owner.

14. General Terms:
  • 1. MRP may subcontract or assign performance of its obligations to third parties but shall not be relieved of its obligations to you in doing so.
  • 2. MRP is not responsible for any failures or delays in performing under the Extended Warranty that are due to events outside MRP’s reasonable control.
  • 3. You are not required to perform preventative maintenance on the Covered Equipment to receive service under the Plan.
  • 4. This Extended Warranty Pack is offered and valid only in India only. This Extended Warranty Pack may not be available in all states, and is not available where prohibited by law.
  • 5. In carrying out its obligations MRP may, at its discretion and solely for the purposes of monitoring the quality of MRP’s response, record part or all of the calls between you and MRP.
  • 6. You agree that any information or data disclosed to MRP under this Plan is not confidential or proprietary to you. Furthermore, you agree that MRP may collect and process data on your behalf when it provides service. This may include transferring your data to affiliated companies or service providers in accordance with the MRP Customer Privacy Policy.
  • 7. MRP has security measures, which should protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure as well as unlawful destruction. You will be responsible for the instructions you give to MRP regarding the processing of data, and MRP will seek to comply with those instructions as reasonably necessary for the performance of the service and support obligations under the Plan. If you do not agree with the above or if you have questions regarding how your data may be impacted by being processed in this way, contact MRP at the telephone numbers provided.
  • 8. MRP will protect your information in accordance with MRP Customer Privacy Policy available at www.MRP.in
  • 9. The terms of the Extended Warranty Pack, including the original sales receipt of the Pack and the Pack Confirmation, prevail over any conflicting, additional, or other terms of any purchase order or other document, and constitute your and MRP’s entire understanding with respect to the Pack.
  • 10. You must register the Extended Warranty Pack after purchase mentioned above.
  • 11. There is no informal dispute settlement process available under this Extended Warranty.
  • 12. There is no deductible payment due in respect of a service request made under this Extended Warranty.
  • 13. The Extended Warranty will not be cancelled due to pre-existing conditions in the Covered Equipment that are eligible for service under the Extended Warranty Pack.
